Hello Everyone, I just want to let everyone know that Msgr. is back home. He arrived home today at 12:10 a.m. and it was quite emotional, well, at least for me it was. The streets were lined with the school children and staff. and Msgr. turned the corner and as Joe drove him down the street the children cheered and yelled “Msgr.” and “Hi, Buckaroo.” I cried as when you seen the face of Msgr. and all the kids who wanted to get a closer look. Lo and behold he instructed Joe to turn around and he came down the street again and this time at a much slower pace so that he could high five every person who stood out. I basically lost it at that point, to think that this moment would never had happen, the shape that we was in four weeks ago.
Yes, I am a slave driver. As I am typing this email he is in his recliner going through his numbers for the parish checking to see where I errored I am sure, LOL. He came home, shaved, and I washed his hair for him. He is in desperate needed for a hair cut too but we will take of that in a few days. I bet you by Friday he will be at his computer somehow.
I want to thank everyone for your prayers and help in getting Msgr. back home. IF you can help with either taking a day, an evening, or over niight to stay with him please email me. Laura Gutierrez is making a schedule if you would like to be on it for dinners. You make the dinner, bring it with you and eat it with him at the dinner room table. Thanks again.
Peace,
Kim

Well, I really hate to sound repetitive but he is doing great. He continues to impress Dr. Pagani, his surgeon. Last night they decide to approach his physical therapy a different way and it has certainly paid off. They started stretching him and then getting him up to walk. The stretching has been so successful that he wanted his tennis shoes and pants. No, No, he is not running YET! LOL He just told me that he has made such significant progress that they are going to move him to the Step downs, Step down. What does that mean, he will be home sooner. He told me that tomorrow he is going to walk completely around the whole unit. He will do it.

MSGR. Maloney had triple bypass and valve repair on Tuesday October 4th, Feast of St. Francis.  The surgery went very well and he is doing wonderful. He is up and walking and should be home by Sunday October 9th.  Please continue to keep him in your prayers. Prognosis is a complete recovery.

We (Verlene Markwell and I Timothy Mcilhiny give Our Lord God continuale thanks and praise for giving Mnsgr. Moloney a gift of Spreading His Word. The trials we face as humans is very minimal when we remember what Jesus went through in his short human life. Mnsgr. Moloney shows all of his church people that striving to learn God’s way instead of our own little ways is a path of existence. Thank you Monsignor Moloney.
